Place: Wroclaw, Poland
Period: 12 months starting from May/June 2015
Hosting organisation runs seven rehabilitation and therapy centers for deeply disabled children in Wroclaw, Poland. Volunteers will help therapists during activities working in team or individually with one participant who has difficulty to fulfill the tasks. Depends on different profiles of centers part of the tasks should be also to help by dressing, feeding or cleaning during the workshops etc. Volunteers are free to choose activities related to his/her interests. Also, they will participate in many cultural, sports and others outdoor events with children held in different part of Poland.
Participating volunteers receive free accommodation, food, insurance and pocket money for the whole period of the project. Travel costs are partially covered.
Volunteer needs to be between 17 and 30 years old.
